Who we are
We offer free and by donation transportation to our queer communities in the SF Bay Area.
Additionally, we are coordinating ride share and supplies and services offered between the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
Homobiles is a 501c3 non-profit founded in 2010, creating the concept of a ride share with the sole purpose of providing safe, reliable transportation to the LGBTQ+ community in the SF Bay Area. Since Homobiles’ inception, other rideshare services followed suit as for-profit corporations. Homobiles continues to prioritize a supportive and safe environment for queer, transgender, non-binary and gender-nonconforming people and our allies, who may, due to their perceived sexuality or gender, be at risk on public or other forms of transportation.
